Coming up on November 12 2021, Everfuel will officially open a dual-function hydrogen refueling station in Copenhagen! 🚕
All approvals for the high-capacity station in Copenhagen are now secured, so in a few days’ time customers can start using the station at Prags Boulevard.
The station has been in operation the past few weeks, through a soft opening, where the station mainly has served taxis in Copenhagen.
The station will dispense hydrogen produced from energy from a Danish windmill outside Brande, and from 2022, will also dispense hydrogen locally produced at the H2RES at Avedøre Holme 💨.
“We are pleased to be in operation, and have been looking forward to accommodating the growing fleet of hydrogen taxis in Copenhagen”, Jeppe Hjuler Mikkelsen, COO at Everfuel said.
The station is funded by The Fuel Cells and Hydrogen Joint Undertaking through the project Hydrogen Mobility Europe.
