MAREN (Marine Energy Transition) is a two-year project running 2022-2024 aiming to speed up the transition from conventional to green energy sources in the maritime sector. The initiative is funded by Nordic Innovation and the consortium include RISE Research Institutes of Sweden, Danish Maritime, SINTEF, Renewable Energy Cluster in Norway, VASEK in Finland and Icelandic New Energy represents Iceland.
