Guðlaugur Þór Þórðarson, Minister for environment, energy and climate announced yesterday the call for applications for funding energy transition initiatives.
The annual Energy Fund call amounts to 900 million ISK this year, equivalent to EUR 5.8 million. The following topics are covered by this round of funding:
- Renewable fuel production (efuels and biofuels)
- Dispensing and charging infrastructure for clean energy fuels
- Equipment operating on renewable fuels, replacing fossil fuel engines or equipment
